The Halcyon Residences & Marina unveiled a 5,000-square-foot immersive sales gallery and launched sales for its 66-unit luxury waterfront development near downtown Naples. Developed by Henley US and Gillette Development, the project features estate-scale residences starting under $3 million, a 120-slip private marina and 55,000 square feet of amenities. The new experience center, 1933 Davis Blvd. in East Naples, includes full-scale model rooms, interactive displays and a pickleball court. Since launching sales two weeks ago, the development has already secured multiple contracts, including a penthouse sale for just under $7 million. Construction is expected to begin in 2027, with completion projected for late 2029.
