Harbour House Naples submitted its architectural and landscape plans to the city of Naples Design Review Board, marking a step forward in redeveloping the former Naples Harbour Club site. Damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022, the property at 1624 Gulf Shore Blvd. N. was purchased this year by a Southwest Florida-based group. Plans by MHK Architecture and Outside Productions International call for 14 boutique single-family style condominiums with private garages, elevators and outdoor living areas with pools or spas. Shared amenities include a bayfront pool, dock lounge and limited boat slips with Gulf access. Positioned near Lowdermilk Park and Fifth Avenue South, the project will join neighboring luxury developments including the Four Seasons Resort and Rosewood Residences.
