Harbour House, a 14-residence luxury development on Gulf Shore Boulevard North, has received approval from the city of Naples Design Review Board. Developed by Borelli Construction of Naples in partnership with MHK Architecture and others, the project transforms the former Naples Harbour Club site into a coastal-modern enclave. Each residence will feature private garages, elevators and outdoor living spaces with pools or spas. Bayfront amenities include a resort-style pool, over-water lounge deck and optional boat slips with direct Gulf access. Located near Lowdermilk Park, Harbour House adds to Naples’ Miracle Mile, alongside the forthcoming Four Seasons and Rosewood Residences.
