Naples-based Joe the Home Pro Home Inspections is expanding into Greater Cincinnati as the company continues building its national licensing network. Construction industry professional Tyler LaHue-Allgeyer will operate the company’s newest licensed business, bringing 12 years of residential construction experience, including homebuilding and estimating. The Cincinnati expansion follows Joe the Home Pro’s recent entry into Indiana. Founded in 2015 by Joe Nugent, the company has grown from a Southwest Florida home inspection business into a multiinspector operation. Its licensing model allows operators to retain ownership of their businesses while using Joe the Home Pro’s brand, systems, coaching and marketing resources.
