LCS announced a merger agreement with Vi, a luxury senior living company that operates 10 Life Plan Communities across the U.S., including Vi at Bentley Village in North Naples. The deal, expected to close in mid-2026, brings together two of the most recognized brands in senior living. Vi has more than 3,000 employees serving 4,000 residents. LCS, based in Des Moines, Iowa, will expand its portfolio while continuing to support both not-for-profit and for-profit communities. Until the merger closes, both organizations will continue to operate independently. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
