The 2,000-home master-planned community of Brightshore is under construction on the north side of Immokalee Road just west of Everglades Boulevard North in Golden Gate Estates.
M/I Homes plans to build more than 500 homes at Brightshore, Barron Collier Companies’ new master-planned community in Golden Gate Estates. The development is under construction on the north side of Immokalee Road just west of Everglades Boulevard North in eastern Collier County. M/I Homes has acquired homesites in two neighborhoods, with 213 residences planned in Radiance and more than 300 in Sunward. The builder will offer paired villas and single-family homes ranging from about 1,486 to 3,759 square feet. Prices are expected to start in the high $300,000s in Sunward and low $400,000s in Radiance. Brightshore ultimately is planned for about 2,000 residences.
