A bayfront estate in The Moorings neighborhood of Naples sold for $12 million, adding another eight-figure residential transaction to the city’s luxury market. The five-bedroom, 6,286-square-foot home at 3125 Leeward Lane was built by BCB Homes and includes five full and two half bathrooms. The property features an infinity-edge pool and spa, rooftop terrace and a custom 90-foot dock with a 16,000-pound boat lift. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty represented both sides of the transaction. Kim Price and Jared Miners represented the seller, while Michelle Thomas represented the buyer. The brokerage reported 10 Naples-area residential sales exceeding $10 million in July.
