Neighborhood Health Clinic gets $10K for screenings

Neighborhood Health Clinic received a $10,000 grant from Moorings Park Foundation to expand screening and treatment for uninsured Collier County adults with chronic diseases. The funding will support the clinic’s 2027 Enhanced Chronic Disease Patient Care Viral Screening and Treatment Program, targeting hepatitis C, HPV and other chronic blood-borne pathogens. Services will be provided through the clinic’s existing care teams alongside patients’ ongoing chronic disease management. The Naples nonprofit provides more than 30,000 procedures and 12,000 patient visits annually across more than 25 specialties, supported by more than 700 volunteers and private philanthropy.
