Rail Head Industrial Park in North Naples sold for $8 million in one of the area’s larger industrial transactions this year. Railhead Boulevard of Naples LLC acquired the 39,789-square-foot property at 1455 Rail Head Blvd., off Old 41 Road just north of Immokalee Road, which includes 16 industrial and flex spaces used by businesses ranging from contractors to service companies. The seller, an entity affiliated with Tulsa-based Richardson Commercial Properties, acquired the property for $1.6 million in 2014. LQ Commercial’s Mike Concilla and Nick Matson represented both sides and will continue handling leasing. The buyer plans continued leasing and property management improvements.
