The Collier County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved plans for Paraiso Beach Club, a members-only luxury beachfront club proposed along Gulf Shore Drive in North Naples. Set on 1.35 acres, the project will feature three restaurants, including fine dining and a rooftop bar and grille, resort-style pools, private cabanas and a wellness spa. Designed with a low-profile Mediterranean style, the club aims to preserve neighborhood view corridors and blend with surrounding architecture, officials for the beach club’s development team said. Paraiso Beach Club will offer shuttle service for members and staff, with no on-site parking except for special needs access. The beach club is expected to open in mid-2027, with membership open to the public.
