Performance Optimal Health opened its second Naples location at 225 Banyan Blvd., Unit 130, in Charleston Square. The 5,500-square-foot facility expands the company’s integrative approach to wellness, offering physical therapy, fitness, nutrition and recovery services under one roof. A grand opening celebration will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 12, inviting the community to tour the space and meet the team. The new downtown location joins the company’s North Naples facility, which opened in 2022, furthering Performance’s mission to help clients achieve balance and live better through its Four Pillars of Optimal Health — exercise, recovery, stress management and nutrition.
