Publix Super Markets reopened its Daniels Crossing store Sept. 11 in Fort Myers after a 14-month remodel, adding updated parking, a new facade and a Publix Liquors.

Publix Super Markets reopened its remodeled Daniels Crossing store Sept. 11 at 6900 Daniels Parkway in south Fort Myers, after a 14-month closure. The 48,387-square-foot store features updated parking, a new facade and an adjacent Publix Liquors. Inside, customers will find departments for grocery, deli, bakery, seafood, wine and pharmacy, plus a seating area. To mark the Sept. 11 reopening, Publix honored first responders with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and meal deliveries from its Good Together Truck. The store will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with pharmacy hours varying by day.
