Pulte Homes acquired 66 single-family homesites in Sawgrass Lakes, a new 138-home luxury neighborhood at Babcock Ranch. The gated community is along Saw Palmetto Parkway, less than a mile east of State Road 31 in Charlotte County. Pulte plans one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,850 to nearly 4,500 square feet under air, with two to six bedrooms and two- or three-car garages. Pricing has not been announced. Two professionally decorated model homes also are planned. Sawgrass Lakes will have a lakefront amenity area with shade structures, grills, fire pits, a playground and an all-purpose field, with access to Babcock Ranch’s trail network.
