Pulte Homes will showcase its newest Southwest Florida lakefront community during a grand opening celebration Feb. 21 at Vivid Shores in Bonita Springs. The event, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., features model home tours, live music, refreshments and giveaways. Developed with Stock Development, the 1,031-acre gated community off Bonita Grande Drive near Bonita Beach Road includes luxury single-family homes on 635 homesites, three freshwater lakes and resort-style amenities. Homes start in the mid-$700,000s and offer customizable floor plans, boating access and private dock options.
