Pulte Homes completed four model homes at Kingston South, its new neighborhood within the 7,700-acre Kingston master-planned community along Corkscrew Road in Estero. A grand opening will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 17, with tours of the models and planned resort amenities. Kingston South is planned for 320 homes, with Pulte offering 13 one- and two-story floor plans overlooking lakes and preserves. The neighborhood will feature a 25-acre amenity campus with pools, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center and restaurant. The broader Cameratta Companies development is planned for 10,000 homes, 750,000 square feet of commercial space and 3,300 acres of preserved habitat.
