A home at 4300 Brynwood Drive in North Naples’ Quail West sold for $11.3 million, setting a record for the community, according to Southwest Florida MLS data.
The six-bedroom, eight-bath estate spans 11,160 square feet on a 2.2-acre double lot and was extensively renovated with features including a resort-style pool, private elevator and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces.

The sale price equates to about $1,013 per square foot and surpasses the previous record of $8.55 million set in 2023 by 32%. Quail West continues to be among Naples’ top golf communities in activity, with 40 sales in the 12 months ending February 2026, up 18% year over year, totaling $172.3 million in volume.
