Palmera debuts at renovated Ritz-Carlton Tiburón

Palmera, a new Gulf Coast-inspired restaurant and bar at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, is among three dining concepts introduced as part of the North Naples resort's multimillion-dollar renovation.

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of its 295-room resort at 2600 Tiburón Drive in North Naples. Led by Parker Torres Design, the transformation includes redesigned guest rooms and suites, a refreshed lobby, an upgraded Club Lounge and three new dining concepts. Palmera, now open, features Gulf Coast-inspired cuisine under Executive Chef Jared Young. Fenrose offers French-inspired breakfast dishes, while Café Fenrose serves as an all-day market and espresso bar. The project also introduces Swaying Palm, a 2,700-square-foot event venue overlooking the resort's golf courses. The renovation incorporates design elements inspired by Southwest Florida's coastal landscape and expands the resort's dining and event offerings.
