Roadies joins Southwest Florida’s coffee rush

Roadies Pit Stop in North Naples is among a growing number of coffee concepts competing for Southwest Florida’s drive-thru customers. The locally owned business plans to expand one location at a time rather than pursue rapid growth.

roadRoadies Pit Stop Coffee & Performance Drinks is building its first Lee County location in south Fort Myers. CarbonSix Construction has started work on the 700-square-foot, three-lane drive-thru at 16938 Vintage Commerce Blvd. in Vintage Commerce Center, on the north side of Alico Road just west of Interstate 75, near Floor & Decor and The Centro apartments. The prefabricated building will arrive in two sections for assembly on site, with construction expected to take about three months. Roadies offers specialty coffee, cold brew, matcha and teas, plus fruit-based RPM functional drinks for energy, focus or relaxation. Its first location is at Founders Square in North Naples.
