Shake Shack serves made-to-order burgers and sides

Burgers, crinkle-cut fries and beverages are served on trays at Shake Shack. The fast-casual concept offers a made-to-order menu with premium ingredients.

Coconut Point in Estero is adding several new tenants, including Shake Shack, which plans to open at the shopping center in 2027. Founded in 2004 as a hot dog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park, Shake Shack has grown into an international fast-casual brand known for its burgers, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries and frozen custard shakes. The company now operates more than 600 locations worldwide, including nearly 30 in Florida. The Estero restaurant will join the chain’s Southwest Florida footprint, which includes a North Naples location at Mercato and a second Collier County restaurant planned at 6833 Collier Blvd. Other new Coconut Point tenants opening this summer include jewelry retailer Kendra Scott, clothing retailer Brooks Brothers, ear-piercing studio Rowan and medspa LaserAway.
