Southwest Florida couples spent nearly $314 million on weddings in 2025, according to The Wedding Report. Across Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, 9,404 weddings generated $313.8 million in spending. Lee County led with $163.3 million across 5,111 weddings, followed by Collier County with $119.7 million across 3,190 weddings and Charlotte County with $30.8 million across 1,103 weddings. Average wedding costs ranged from $27,966 in Charlotte to $37,531 in Collier, although median spending was considerably lower in all three counties. Meanwhile, Bank of America Institute data shows wedding-related spending nationally has increased 8.5% year over year so far in 2026.
