Trinity Commercial Group announced that Stonewood Crossing, a new retail and commercial development at 5600 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres, secured commitments from several national and regional tenants as the project gains momentum. Confirmed occupants include Goodwill Industries, which plans a 20,000-square-foot building, along with Suncoast Credit Union, Culver’s, Heartland Dental and Dunkin’. Located at the northwest corner of Lee Boulevard and Leonard Boulevard, the development sits along one of the area's busiest commercial corridors and is positioned to serve the growing Lehigh Acres and eastern Fort Myers markets. The project includes opportunities for additional retail, restaurant, medical and financial users and is expected to become a significant commercial destination as residential growth continues throughout eastern Lee County.
