Tamiami Ford, a family-owned dealership in Naples, collected 1,127 pounds of nonperishable food for Our Daily Bread Food Pantry through Ford Motor Co.'s Fill a Ford food drive. The donation was part of an international initiative involving thousands of Ford dealerships across 31 countries. Participating dealerships collected food Sept. 1-25 to support local organizations addressing food insecurity. The campaign, promoted as the World's Largest Auto Dealer Food Drive, encouraged dealerships to collect essential food items for families and individuals in need. Tamiami Ford's contribution will help Our Daily Bread Food Pantry provide food assistance to Southwest Florida residents experiencing food insecurity.
