A Toll Brothers home showcases a private pool and outdoor living space. The builder has broken ground on Sawgrass Lakes, a gated community in Babcock Ranch’s WestTown on the Lee County side of the development.
Toll Brothers has started construction on Sawgrass Lakes, a gated community at 12925 Springdale Way in Babcock Ranch’s WestTown, with its main entrance off Saw Palmetto Parkway in Lee County. The development will offer one- and two-story single-family homes with three to six bedrooms, with many homesites overlooking lakes. Three collections are expected to start in the upper $500,000s and range above $1 million. Amenities will include an outdoor pool, walking and biking trails, fire pits, event lawns and playgrounds. Residents also will have access to Babcock Ranch amenities. Toll Brothers expects to begin home sales in January 2027.
