Southwest Florida tourism and hospitality leaders can help shape Visit Florida’s next four-year strategic plan during a free planning session Oct. 20 in Bonita Springs. The Greater Fort Myers and Sanibel-Captiva chambers of commerce will host the event with Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, 5001 Coconut Road. The session runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and includes lunch and a 90-minute discussion focused on community insights, emerging tourism trends and industry challenges. Feedback will help guide Visit Florida’s 2027-31 Strategic Plan. Tourism businesses, attractions, chambers and destination marketing organizations are encouraged to participate. Visit Florida partnership or chamber membership is not required. To register, click here.
