Sally Mulvena will become president and CEO of Wonder Gardens in Bonita Springs on July 1, bringing nearly two decades of zoo leadership experience.
Wonder Gardens in Bonita Springs appointed Sally Mulvena as its next president and CEO, effective July 1. She will oversee operations, including animal care, education, guest services, fundraising and events. Mulvena previously spent 10 years as president and CEO of the Red River Zoo in North Dakota, where she led organizational growth and expanded community engagement. With nearly two decades of experience, she began her career in zookeeping and advanced into leadership roles across multiple disciplines. Wonder Gardens, established in 1936, is a nonprofit zoological park and botanical garden known for its 3.5-acre campus and focus on conservation and education.
