Workers in Florida who have stayed in their jobs for at least 12 months saw their wages increase 4.5% year over year from October 2023 to October 2024, according to data from the ADP National Employment Report. The report tracks the salaries of nearly 10 million individual employees nationally over 12 months. The median annual salary in Florida in October was $51,000. Nationally, the median annual pay for job stayers in October declined to $56,000, with median annual wage growth also decreasing slightly to 4.6%. Nationally, wage growth for job-changers fell to 6.2% as the wage premium between job stayers and job-changers continues to shrink, the report states.
