Two prominent national real estate consulting agencies, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting and John Burns Real Estate Consulting, have named Ave Maria as one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the United States, according to their annual reports. Ave Maria had a record-breaking 646 new home sales in 2021, placing the development on both lists as the highest-ranking community in all of Collier County. RCLCO ranks Ave Maria 24th in its annual list of Top 50 Selling Master-Planned Communities. Ave Maria moves up 13 positions on the John Burns Real Estate Consulting list from the 2020 annual report, ranking as the 25th top-selling master-planned community in the nation. Various housing types, from condominiums, attached villas to single-family homes with lake, preserve and golf course views, are offered in the master-planned community with prices ranging from more than $200,000 to $600,000.
