Better Together is hosting a series of background-friendly job fairs April 20 as part of its Nationwide Day of Second Chances. The nonprofit is hosting events in partnership with churches across the country and invites job seekers and hiring employers to register. The Fort Myers event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Grace Church, 2415 Grand Ave. Better Together’s Nationwide Day of Second Chances brings churches, volunteers, businesses and nonprofits together to host a coordinated job fair day that promotes the power of second chances for neighbors facing barriers to employment.
