The ‘Boots on the Ground’ benefit concert will be held at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 1 at Hertz Arena, with proceeds from the event going to disaster relief efforts through Volunteer Florida and the Community Foundation of Southwest Florida. Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Lynyrd Skynrd will headline the event. Others in the lineup include Ira Dean of Trick Pony, Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line, country music stars Tracy Lawrence, Gavin McGraw and RaeLynn, and rocker Ted Nugent. Comedian and former Saturday Night Live cast member Jim Breuer will host the event. Tickets range from $65 to $250 and are available online or by calling 239-948-7825.
