Caffè da Michele Osteria Italiana is bringing traditional homemade Italian fare to Miromar Outlets. Michele Bosco opened the restaurant, which boasts homemade Semolina pasta made with coarsely grounded flour and flavor, in Suite 81 between the Adidas and H&M stores at the Estero outdoor shopping center. The menu includes fettuccine bolognese, rigatoni all’ amatriciana and lasagna di carne and fish entrees like salmon piccata and fritture mista di pesce, which is a trio with salmon, shrimp and calamari. The restaurant is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.
