After breaking ground in September, concrete has been poured up to the eighth floor of the future Ascent at Metropolitan Naples apartments in the Bayshore area just east of downtown Naples. When completed, the joint venture involving The Dolben Company Inc., GFI Development and SK2 Capital will include 270 units, ranging from 576-square-foot studios to 2,133-square-foot penthouses, as well as restaurant/retail space and six stories of garage parking below the residences. Community amenities will include concierge services, a seventh-floor infinity pool and sundeck, a two-story fitness center and a pet spa. The first occupancy is slated for fall 2024.
