Closed sales in Collier County, excluding Marco Island, increased nearly 50% from February to March, according to a report from the Napes Area Board of Realtors. March brought 1,205 closed sales, a 36.5% decrease from March 2021. Meanwhile, new listings in the county decreased 4.3% to 1,637 from March 2021.
