City of Naples and the Community Redevelopment Agency initiated the design phase for the Naples Complete Streets Project, encompassing First Avenue South, 10th Street and 12th Street South. This project is a key element of the adopted Naples Design District Master Plan, aimed at improving infrastructure for the city’s residents and business owners. The Naples Design District Master Plan emphasizes enhancing connectivity and infrastructure, including improved streets, parking, stormwater management and utilities. The Complete Streets Project will focus on improvements to sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, irrigation, stormwater management and utilities, with the purpose of enhancing safety and quality of life for residents and business owners within the Naples Design District area.
