Contractors at Hammock Park Apartments have topped out the first phase of the four-story building at the corner of Rattlesnake Hammock Road and Collier Boulevard in Collier County. The FL Star-developed 265-unit complex is being constructed in phases due to the complexity of its design. The center courtyard of Hammock Park Apartments will include resort–style amenities, such as a fitness center, swimming pool and areas for casual relaxation. Leasing of the apartment homes is anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2023. Nearby, FL Star is developing Hammock Park Center, a 16,000-square–foot retail center to include a variety of retail shops with 5,000 square feet of restaurant space and additional outdoor dining.
