Workers in Florida experienced a 5.2% year-over-year annual pay increase in April, according to data from the ADP National Employment Report. The report tracks the salaries of nearly 10 million individual employees nationally over a 12-month period. The data also showed a median annual salary of $53,000 for workers who’ve stayed in their role for the past 12 months in Florida. Nationally, the average pay growth for someone who has stayed in their job for the past year was 5%.
