Former UFC champion Tito Ortiz is switching gears to the restaurant business, as he plans to open Tito’s Cantina Tequila Bar & Grille off Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral. Ortiz moved his family from California to Cape Coral following a visit to Southwest Florida where he delivered supplies after Hurricane Ian. The restaurant will serve authentic Southern California Mexican food, including tacos, burritos, ceviche, tostadas and quesadillas. Ortiz expects the restaurant to be open by Labor Day weekend, WINK New reports.
