Grace Place for Children & Families was awarded a $20,000 grant from the Collier Community Foundation to bolster its family literacy initiatives. The Grace Place Family Literacy Model is designed to nurture confident, capable and literate parents, equipping them to guide their children through the critical early years of development and ensuring a smooth transition to formal schooling. More than 160 adult learners are currently enrolled in the program, participating in adult education programming alongside the parent time component.
