Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties raised the walls on the first two homes in its new Carolina Cove neighborhood, a new affordable housing community being built in Bonita Springs. Once construction is complete, the neighborhood will provide 14 attached twin-villa homes, with each family unit featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The multifamily community was designed to help meet the need for affordable housing in Bonita Springs. Carolina Cove is a 1.85-acre homeowners association-managed community situated off Carolina Street, east of U.S. 41 and north of Bonita Beach Road.
