Estero-headquartered car rental company Hertz reported an adjusted net loss of $418 million in the fourth quarter of 2023, or a $1.36 loss per share, according to an earnings report. Fourth-quarter revenue was $2.2 billion, up 7% from the fourth quarter of 2022 and driven by increased volume across leisure, corporate and rideshare customer channels. The company also reported an adjusted net income of $172 million, or $0.53 per diluted share for the 2023 fiscal year and $9.4 billion in revenue.
