Fort Myers-based Chris-Tel Construction began construction on a 6,500-square-foot tenant improvement project for Personal Touch Landscaping, which is prepping the space for the company’s new office location off Sophomore Lane in south Fort Myers. The project includes site work and the complete interior renovation of an existing warehouse. The renovation project is being completed in conjunction with Fort Myers-based Studio A.D. Architect.
