LMP Automotive Holdings announced it entered into dealership and real estate asset sale agreements to sell its Kia dealerships in Port Charlotte, Cape Coral and Beckley, West Virginia, as well as its Subaru, General Motors and Chevrolet dealerships in Beckley to an undisclosed buyer. The Plantation-based company purchased the Cape Coral dealership at 404 NE Pine Island Road and the Port Charlotte Kia dealership at 202 Tamiami Trail in a $36 million deal in 2020. The company anticipates the expected closing of the sale will occur in October. The sale is part of the company’s plan to liquidate assets and dissolve, which is expected to distribute approximately $115 million to $126 million to shareholders.
