Yenier Marrero

Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach promoted Yenier Marrero to general manager. Marrero joined the team in 2023 and supported the resort’s opening as director of guest experience, where resort officials said he generated strategies that surpassed expected revenues, guest satisfaction, team morale and owner relations. He brings 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the role. Marrero previously served as spa director at Naples Grande Resort and promoted to director of rooms in 2020.
