As part of the next phase of the community’s revitalization, North Naples’ Vi at Bentley Village opened the first building in its Phase 6 Redevelopment. Construction on the $92 million project began in November 2022 and is expected to be completed by the summer. Once finished, the redevelopment project will bring the community four new buildings housing 64 independent living apartments. The buildings feature floor plans ranging in size from approximately 2,300 to 4,500 square feet. The entrance fees for the new apartments begin at $2.8 million and extend to more than $4.3 million. The community also is in the process of completing a $41 million redevelopment of its care venues. The renovation and expansion of the Assisted Living Residences was finished in 2023, and the Skilled Nursing Facility refurbishment is expected to be completed in the summer of 2024.
