Cinnamon Roll French Toast at Another Broken Egg Cafe features thick-sliced French-toast style cinnamon rolls, cream cheese icing, rum butter sauce, seasonal berries and whipped cream.
Another Broken Egg Cafe opened Sept. 19 in Triangle Shoppes, a new collection of businesses being built just north of Restaurant Row and the Collier Boulevard entrance into Freedom Square.
Another Broken Egg features a chef-driven, Southern-inspired menu with signature dishes such as chicken and waffles, lemon-blueberry goat cheese pancakes and a Champagne lobster omelet.
The new Naples location of the breakfast-lunch concept shares a freestanding building with TD Bank at 6917 Collier Blvd. The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
It is the first of four for the chain that local franchisee Dillon Gruener plans in Collier and Lee counties. Additional restaurants and businesses are planned in Triangle Shoppes.
