The developer Palm Riverview Holdings LLC, owned by Israel Gross, plans to build a five-story multifamily housing complex with at least 279 units at 1105 Seaboard St. in Fort Myers.
Fort Myers City Council on April 6 set a public hearing for April 20 to consider moving forward with the proposed Palm Riverview Holdings Planned Unit Development. Fort Myers Planning Board on Oct. 1 voted 6-1 to approve the PUD with one opposing vote due to the density or number of units the developer requested.
Architectural renderings depict a proposed multifamily apartment development in Fort Myers, outlining plans for a multi-building residential community with parking and landscaped areas.
Fort Myers staff also recommends approval of the PUD with a maximum density of 35 dwelling units per acre.
The complex would sit on about 8.05 acres and include five studios, 142 one bedrooms, 132 two bedrooms and 476 parking spaces.
