LSI Companies Inc. brokered a $1.56 million commercial land deal where Ft. Myers ESA Hotel LLC purchased the property at Castalia C/E, Tract F2, off Colonial Boulevard, in Fort Myers from Hammock SWFL LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and Alexis North of LSI.
The company also brokered a 4.73-acre agricultural property deal in Bonita Springs for $225,000. The property at Bonita Grande Drive was purchased by Marvin Arevalo from Richard L. Cunningham. Arevalo plans to continue the land’s agricultural use, Thibaut said. LSI Sales Associate Christi Pritchett brokered the deal.
Pritchett also represented Paradise Palms RV LLC in its purchase of 17 acres of commercial property at 2531 and 3011 Duncan Road in Punta Gorda from American Services of SW Florida Inc. for $611,650.
