Industry–The BBQ Shop plans to offer everything barbecue in North Naples. The new business is targeted to launch later this month on Collier Center Way in a commerce park off Old 41 Road about a mile south of the Bonita Springs border. Chef Chris Jones, co-owner of LowBrow Pizza & Beer in East Naples, Industry Beer & Barbecue at Naples and Industry Pizza & Slice Shop in North Naples, is the creative force behind the new barbecue venture. The one-stop-shop not only will have barbecue favorites such as brisket and ribs for lunch and dinner takeout but also will sell all the meats, sauces, spices and even the tools and fuels for backyard cooks to make it at home. The shop will also offer a two-day barbecue course for do-it-yourselfers and will be used as a commissary kitchen and catering operation for Jones’ three existing restaurants.
