After processing five sales worth $17.3 million in September, only 14 opportunities remain available at the new 27-floor Omega, the final luxury high-rise tower built at Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs. Total sales volume is now nearly $200 million, The Ronto Group reports. Construction is on schedule for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022. The Omega tower will feature 63 tower residences and four penthouses, three of which are under contract. Pricing ranges from $3.9 million to $5.5 million for the remaining tower residences that offer 4,645 or 4,210 square feet under air. The remaining penthouse residence is priced at $8.5 million and features a six-car tandem garage and a private poolside cabana.
