RAS Realty Partners purchased The Robert, a newly-built, 324-unit luxury rental community in Fort Myers, from the Rohdie Group for $66.42 million in an off-market transaction. The deal closed on Dec. 30.
The community located north of Winkler Avenue at 3500 Star Lane represents the sixth property the Boca Raton-based investment group purchased from The Rohdie Group and its second acquisition in Fort Myers. It bought Millenium Apartments in south Fort Myers from The Rohdie Group in 2019 for $62 million.
Built in 2021, The Robert features 12 three-story, elevatored buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden apartments in multiple layouts with such modern finishes as granite countertops, custom white cabinetry, matte black finish appliances and in-unit washers and dryers.
Included in the resident amenities are a private clubhouse with a resident kitchen and coffee bar, a resort-style saltwater pool with sun shelf and expansive sun deck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, outdoor grilling areas, a dog park and garages. Monthly rents range from $1,309 to $1,899.
