The Space Between, a movement studio specializing in yoga, dance and other classes and workshops, will host its grand opening with vendors, music and food from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at Gulf Gate South Plaza, 2740 Bayshore Drive, in East Naples. The new studio has non-heated, all-level movement classes such as tai chi, qigong, different types of yoga, dance and workout classes, as well as kids’ yoga and dance. The new business is affiliated with The Humble Hut, a sustainable art cafe that opened in July in the same retail center at the entrance to the Bayshore Arts District. The retail strip is behind Gulf Gate Plaza at U.S. 41 East and Bayshore Drive. I Love Curry Indian restaurant celebrated its first anniversary there last weekend. “We are very excited to be a part of a diverse community of businesses in this area and are in high hopes to revamp this plaza that was once thriving,” says Natacha Garbani, co-owner of The Space Between and The Humble Hut. The Humble Hut sells sustainable retail products, local art and artisanal crafts. It also has a full herbal tea lounge with organic teas, matcha, French press coffee, cold brew and organic French sandwiches and pastries.
